THE MOVEMENT CODEX
Injuries and Pathologies Specialists
Our Vision, Your Journey
The Movement Codex was created with one goal in mind - to harness over 15 years of movement-based knowledge to create a comprehensive library of movements, exercises and protocols designed to successfully accelerate recovery, prevent further deterioration, and decrease overall pain.

Whether your condition stems from an injury or is pathological - our extensive movement knowledge with a wide variety of conditions gives us the means to help you in reaching your movement goals.

Unlike other trainers or establishments, we primarily focus on creating individual programs instead of a 'one fits all' program. This ensures our clients personal needs are always fulfilled. After your sessions with us, you will be equipped with the necessary tools and protocols to further your own journey. This principle creates a short term investment for long term health benefits.

How we work
We are based in Surrey and the immediate surrounding areas. Our main practice is Home Training and Online Training.
Home Training provides a more personal approach to you as an individual, allowing you to train in the comfort of your own home. We have a variety of transportable equipment available to use throughout your sessions.

Online Training offers accessibility for those who are unable to make in person sessions due to various reasons i.e. space, childcare, working commitments etc.

(We also have access to Reformer Studio's - this can be discussed further if interested).
